Welcome to Macrohard 'The Door 2000' Operating System. With 'the
Door 2000', all the things you do new will be easier and faster, and what
you've wanted to do is now possible.
This documentation introduces you to 'The Door' and gets you up and running quickly. It shows you how to do the most common task, provides you with tips and points you to some of the fun and exciting new features that come with 'The Door 2000' |

all documentation are as follows: font = Times New Roman, Size = 12point,
Margins set to Top & Bottom = 2.54cm, Left margin = 3.17cm & right
margin = 2cm. All Headers and footers will be set to 1.25cm. The
paper Size is produced in A4. The page numbering will be on the bottom
left hand corner of all documents.

The ‘Owner’s Manual’ will be written in a step by step technique displayed in a compact A4 size and the document will be translated into Multilanguage for distribution overseas. The ‘Help Desk Manual’ will be produced A4 size, coil bound booklet for fast easy reference. This will identical to the ‘Owner’s Manual’ with the exception of the ‘ Table of contents’ page being replaced with a much more versatile ‘Index to Manual’ page. The ‘Index Manual will incorporate quick reference details for the operator to assist any owner via the phone. This documentation will also be translated into Multilanguage for future distribution to the expected overseas help desk departments A video will be produced to enhanced
the retailer’s abilities to demonstrate ‘the Door’. Please note that we
have taken this opportunity to incorporate people from different backgrounds
(i.e. non-English speaking, handicapped, children and the elderly) into
this video to enhance the easy of use of the ‘The Door’ to potential purchasers.
The video contains operating instructions.
